Why The Government Should Stay Out of Education

Nowhere in the Bible does God say that the government is supposed to be involved in education. The Bible says that parents are responsible for educating their children. In addition it is impossible for the government to properly educate every child, because a one size fits all educational system does not work! Each child learns differently, and the government does not have the time or the resources to provide a tailor made education for each child.

Furthermore, if the government is setting the educational standards then there is too much of a chance that children will stop being educated and start being indoctrinated by the government’s agenda. This is exactly what has happened in this Country. You have people graduating High School who cannot read or count back change, but they fully  believe lies like there is no God, abortion is a right, people are born as homosexuals etc.

Educational standards should be set by parents, the teachers they choose to educate their children, and industry. The parents are the closest people to their children. They know their children better than anyone else, and are therefore the best people to direct their children’s education.

The teachers of the children work with them everyday and they can see how each child learns. Teachers should be free to create individualized educational programs for their students in cooperation with the parents, without government intrusion.

Furthermore, businesses need future workers, and they know what those future workers  need to be educated in, to keep their company successful. Therefore, businesses need to have the freedom of creating their own schools, courses, and apprenticeships again. Without needing any government accreditation. If schools are accredited, they should be accredited by associations created by industry leaders.

This kind of educational system produced the industrial revolution, great inventions, and many true scientific breakthroughs.

Since the government took over education, education has become indoctrination into corrupted government agendas. If it continues this way, industry and the economy will continue to suffer. Thus, opening the door for the government to take over industry and make us all slaves.

Socialism and communism always start with a takeover of education, because the government must be able to brainwash and control the minds of the people in order to enslave them!

The government should not pay for education, set educational standards, accredit schools, or licence teachers.

If the government pays for education, they will control education. No government is qualified to set educational standards, because they are not personally involved in the lives of the students, nor are they personally involved in the functions of various industries.

Some people would give the argument that if the government stays out of education, then many poor children will not have the opportunity to be educated. This is false! In a free Country everyone has the opportunity to be educated, even if the government does not pay for it.

History has proven that parents, who care about their children, will make sure that they are educated. Furthermore, there will always be churches and Christians who will step up and create charity schools for poor children, and adults who were not educated as children. Therefore, even if there are children whose parents don’t make sure they are educated, then those children can take responsibility for their own education, when they become adults.

Education is a family and personal responsibility. It is not a government responsibility. Making education a function of the government only dumbs down people, brainwashes them into becoming slaves of their government, and ultimately destroys society.

Please share this with everyone you can.

Thank you.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 “And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”
