Pray Texas Abortions Restrictions Are Upheld

The US Supreme Court started hearing oral arguments yesterday concerning whether a Texas law restricting abortions is Constitutional. The law in Texas that is being attacked is the one requiring abortion doctors to have hospital admitting privileges at nearby hospitals so that women who are injured by abortions can receive immediate proper care. The law also requires abortion clinics to meet normal health and safety standards that all other doctor’s clinics have to meet.

This is a common sense law to protect the health of women, but Planned Parenthood and President Obama want this law struck down as Unconstitutional because they only care about making money! They have no concern about women’s health!

The ACLJ has filed an Amicus Brief in this case outlining multiple accounts of women being injured by abortion. During the oral arguments yesterday the ACLJ’s Amicus Brief was directly referred to by the Solicitor General of Texas showing that abortion is not safe, when Justice Ginsburg asked if abortion was safe.

You can read more about this and see the evidence that the ACLJ put in their brief at http://aclj.org/pro-life/big-abortions-deadly-lie-is-on-full-display-at-the-supreme-court-today

Please pray that the Supreme Court will uphold this Texas law.

Please share this with everyone you can.

Thank you.
