Take Action! Allow States to Defund Abortion

Some states are in court battles right now over whether or not they can defund abortion providers through Medicaid. The funds for Medicaid come from taxes, and taxpayers’ money should not be used to fund abortions.

The House has recently passed HR 3495 allowing States to defund abortion providers, but now it must pass the Senate. HR 3495 “Women’s Public Health and Safety Act” passed the House on September 29th with a vote of 236 to 193.

Please contact your Senators telling them to support the “Women’s Public Health and Safety Act.” You can find contact information for your Senators at http://senate.gov.

When States defund abortions, abortions and unintended pregnancies both decrease, and lives are saved. http://www.lifenews.com/2015/08/25/when-planned-parenthood-is-de-funded-rates-of-abortion-and-unintended-pregnancy-drop/ .  Let’s save thousands of lives by allowing all States to defund abortion.

Proverbs 24:11-12 “If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?”

Please share this with everyone you can.

Thank you.
