The Care Planning Act of 2015 includes provisions to promote euthanasia. It will allow federal funding for assisted suicide if there is an advanced directive. In addition, it also calls for euthanasia to be promoted to the public.

The whole purpose of this bill is to save Medicare money by killing the elderly who are sick instead of helping them get well.
Euthanasia troubles me more than abortion for one reason: For many people euthanasia is a doorway into hell. There are a lot of elderly people who have never accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior.
At least every baby that is murdered through abortion does go to heaven. This does not make abortion right. It is still murder, barbaric, evil, and disgusting. And I still fight to end it. I vowed at the age of 12 that I would end it, and I still work and plan to. But it is comforting to know that the babies are safe in the arms of Jesus.
It is a sad truth though that with euthanasia many elderly people are reaping what they have sown. Many of the elderly people today were the young people of the 70’s who wanted it to be legal for them to kill their children. Now their children want it to be legal to kill them. This is a sad truth, but it does not make it right. Furthermore, many people who did not promote the legalization of abortion will also loose their lives to euthanasia, if it is not stopped.
The decision of if and when a sick person dies is God’s and God’s alone. I do not like the terms “Terminal illness” and “End of life care.” How does any human know if a person’s illness is terminal or if a person is at the end of their life? God holds all life in His hands.
8 years ago the doctors said that I had a terminal illness, that I was at the end of my life, and that I only had 3 weeks to live. My cancer is now gone and I am still here. Praise God! It is very important that we keep matters of life and death in God’s hands, and do not place them in our own.
