Take Action! Protect Military Chaplains’ Public Prayer

H.R. 148 would protect the rights of military chaplains to close a prayer outside of a religious service according to the dictates of their own conscience. This includes that they would not get into trouble for closing their prayer in the Name of Jesus.

Prayer is one of the most sacred fundamental rights of every person. Every person no matter who they are or what their job is should always be allowed to pray according to their own conscience. When a governmental authority begins to dictate how a person prays, that authority has over stepped their bounds, and has trespassed into God’s  territory.

Please contact your Representative at http://www.house.gov telling him or her that you want them to support H.R. 148 and to protect the rights of military chaplains to pray according to their conscience. You can find your Representative’s contact information by typing in your zip code.

Please pray that this bill will become law, and share this with everyone you can.

Hebrews 6:10 “For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”
